Job Description :We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant with strong expertise in HR and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ABAP development, debugging, and problem-solving, along with hands-on experience in SAP HANA and BTP frameworks.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain applications within SAP ABAP - HR module.- Work on ABAP technologies including Enhancement Framework, BADIs, Interactive Reporting, and OOPS concepts.- Develop global classes, methods, and technical solutions based on client requirements.- Collaborate with functional teams for HR and Payroll domain requirements.- Develop and optimize programs using Object-Oriented ABAP, interface programming, and reports.- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.- Prepare and validate technical specifications and documentation.- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, performance tuning, and SAP standards.- Independently manage critical and complex situations in projects.Required Skills & Experience :- 6-8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with strong focus on HR and Payroll modules.- Strong hands-on experience with ABAP (Enhancement Framework, BADIs, Interactive Reporting, OOPS).- Experience in SAP HANA and BTP framework.- Strong expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP, interface programming, and reports.- Proven ability to design and implement global classes and methods.- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
