Job Description : Role : SAP ABAP HR Experience : 8 to 12+ years Location : HyderabadNo. of Positions : 3Should have minimum 5 to 9 years of strong experience in SAP HR ABAP Design and Development.- SAP HCM Experience using HR logical databases including reports, programs, screens - Functional knowledge on Payroll, OM and PA - Worked with HR macros for reading data from info types - Experience of HR relevant FMs/BAPIs which can be used to update HR data - Experience interfacing external (non-SAP) systems into SAP - 2+ full cycle implementations as SAP HR ABAP Developer - Hands on experience on Object Oriented ABAP, Smart Forms, Interface Programming, SAP Scripts, SMARTFORMS - Strong hands-on knowledge in ABAP technologies such as Enhancement Framework, BADIs, Interactive Reporting, Dialog Programming, - Ability to resolve complex technical issues and independently manage critical/complex situations - Proven experience in writing and validating technical specifications - Strong logical and analytical abilities along with problem solving skillsCompetencies : - Research skills : methods of mathematical research, engineering research, design research, and social science research- Systems-level perspective, big picture view, holistic and multi-perspective thinking, knowledge integration, consideration for multilateral viewpoint, and user-centeredness- Work load management- Entrepreneurship, motivation to create something, desire to improve things, initiative taking, enjoy challenges, sense of mission, perseverance, concentration, result orientation, commitment, self-motivation, dedication, and hard work.- Adaptability, flexibility, open-mindedness, and ability to multi-task.
