Job Title: Senior Tax AnalystLocation: Newtown, Kolkata (US shift timings)Experience: 5-9 yearsIndustry: Chemical and MaterialsAbout the Company: Our client company is a leading global manufacturer in the chemical and packaging sector, specializing in sustainable solutions that support industries worldwide.Job Summary: The client company is currently looking for a dynamic individual to work as a Senior Tax Analyst in The Woodlands, Texas. In this role, you will support the Tax Consolidation Manager in establishing an efficient tax function.What will be expected from you?- Direct Tax - Must. - Experience working with Federal and Texas State Tax. - Tax Nexus management. - Withholding Tax Compliance (1042 filing etc.) - Sales and Use Tax - compliance and experience - Must. - Collaborate with consultants on property tax assessments, gradually building proficiency and understanding of the process. - Experience with Tax Planning - transfer pricing and R&D incentives - Canada VAT filings (Outsourced). Liaison will be needed. - Liaison with Bangkok GHQ and Charlotte Regional tax office is implied as the case may be. - Cross culture / Cross time zone experience preferred. - Work on tax related business processes efficiently. - High quality analytics of tax positions for global tax footprints. - High quality information system supported by SAP, OTP, Consolidation modules - Support structure for 100% compliance with laws of land. - Work on OTP and Consolidation modules to automate and enhance the accuracy of data flow. - Target 100% accurate tax accounting. - Tax optimization. - Optimize without compromising compliance requirements. - Foster mutual trust and confidence with indirect subordinates, consultants.Required Qualification- CA qualified (mandatory) - CPA (Preferred)Interested candidates can send your CV atEmail: ann@anthroplace.inPhone: 9230998562
