Job Description:

Monitor and Track the Reported Issues and Ensure the SLA Adherence

Assess the Severity and Impact of reported issues

Assign the issues to respective team member

Publish the Weekly & Monthly Status / SLA reports

Follow up with team and ensure timely closure of reported issues

Track License / Certificate expiry of all the Tools and Software's

Timely reporting of any dependencies with the Third Parties

Timely adherence of Security / Vulnerabilities correction

Monitoring Team performance

Guide and Coach the Team

Arrange training on a need basis for the project team

Responds to inquiries from the management and committee meetings

Take sign off on all Strategy Docs (Eg. CR)

Drives towards closure in Critical reported issues

Coordinate and foster teamwork among all project teams in the programme;

End to End Monitoring - Track to closure & Report status

Handles escalation and conflict management

Drive Project weekly / bi-weekly meetings for decisions and sign of

Secure resources and expertise for project delivery.

Coordinate and foster teamwork among all project teams in the programme;

Responsible for providing progress reports/input on project status, capturing of risks and issues.

Analyzes Issues, Dependencies and Communicate key project risks, changes, impact & decision points to project team and business stakeholders.

Runs Project Working Committee meetings towards actions and closures of issues

Manage customer expectations and communications
