Role Overview:

- The COO will lead manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and business growth, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive strategy with the Founder for domestic and export growth

- Oversee daily manufacturing, quality, and cost control

- Build strong supply chains for bamboo, jigat, perfume oils, and packaging

- Expand retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and export channels

- Build and mentor high-performing teams

- Ensure compliance with GST, MSME, pollution, and licensing norms

Requirements

- MBA/PGDM preferred (Tier 1/2)

- 15+ years Agarbatti industry experience, 5+ years in senior leadership

- Proven track record in scaling incense manufacturing & distribution

- Strong vendor, distribution, and P&L management skills
