Location : Pune, India (on- site; relocation assistance available)Company : Credibl ESG - AI- powered sustainability & climate- risk SaaS platformWhy this role?You'll join a fast- moving, product- centric startup where engineers own features end- to- end and build AI- driven tooling that helps companies meet global climate- disclosure standards.Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and ship customer- facing features in Elixir, Python and TypeScript/JavaScript; own them from PR to production.- Contribute to architecture discussions, then translate them into clean, tested code.- Integrate AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini Cli & ChatGPT) into daily workflow; share best practices with the team.- Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.- Work with product, design, and ESG subject- matter experts to iterate quickly on user feedback.Key Qualifications- 2-6 years of hands- on industry experience in a product- focused startup or similar fast- paced environment.- Proficiency in one of these languages in the order given: Elixir, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript with evidence of independent feature delivery.- Demonstrated record of shipping at least one significant feature or internal project end- to- end (link to repo/demo/PR history appreciated).- Active daily user of AI coding assistants for 6- months; can articulate concrete productivity gains.- Willingness to relocate to Pune and work primarily in- office.Nice- to- Have Qualifications :- Deep experience with Elixir, Phoenix and Liveview.- Exposure to cloud- native deployments (Docker, Docker compose) and modern CI/CD.- Familiarity with sustainability, climate- tech, or data- intensive SaaS domains.
