Job Description :


You will work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements, configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll system accordingly, and conduct workshops to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.

This role demands a blend of deep functional expertise in payroll processes and strong technical skills in configuring and managing the Oracle HCM Cloud platform.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their payroll requirements.

- Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll functionalities, including payroll definitions, elements, and processes.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the system and its functionalities.

- Implement and support Absence Management functionalities, including eligibility profiles, absence plans, types, reasons, and categories.

- Manage HCM security components, including roles, permissions, and data access.

- Develop and maintain complex Fast Formulas for payroll calculations and other HCM processes.

- Utilize HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Scripting Data Loader (HSDL) for data loading and conversion.

- Generate reports and dashboards using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).

- Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as developers, system administrators, and business analysts.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features and functionalities.

Technical Skills :

- Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (10+ years) with a strong focus on Payroll (5+ years).

- Expertise in configuring and managing Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Workforce Management, and HCM Analytics.

- In-depth knowledge of HCM Cloud functional and technical data flows, transactions, and integrations.

- Proficiency in creating Fast Formulas for complex calculations.

- Experience with HCM security configuration and access control.

- Experience using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Scripting Data Loader (HSDL) for data migration.

- Working knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).

- Understanding of PaaS to SaaS integration frameworks.

- Familiarity with Payroll processing, costing, labor distribution, subledger accounting, and General Ledger.

- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest HCM Cloud trends and technologies.

- Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred
