Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate individual to help strategize, design, develop and iterate on our B2B SaaS software platform. You will be expected to engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to contribute to the product roadmap, develop detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and oversee the execution of our product development. You will work closely with our R&D, product and engineering teams to drive alignment, provide insights, and ensure successful model releases.

Your work will directly contribute to our mission of enabling businesses to achieve their sustainability goals through data-driven insights and advanced modelling tools. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B SaaS software development and project management, and the ability to blend technical knowledge with strategic vision. We are looking for individuals that are excited and driven by hands-on product work (ie - not just management), while also being passionate about building and managing systems and teams that scale.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the co-founders and with the R&D, engineering, and design team to ensure timely design, development and releases of product features and refinements.
  • Conduct market research and landscape analysis to understand the sustainable finance and ESG domains in depth, in order to effectively design product features and develop the broad roadmap in greater granularity.
  • Provide ongoing updates and documentation to internal and external stakeholders on module development progress and software implementation.
  • Review and drive testing strategies for accuracy and robustness.
  • Address internal and client-related questions and issues.
  • Act as the independent product owner by:
  • Maintaining and managing the team tasks and backlog while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Removing obstacles to maintain high team velocity.
  • Collaborating with research, engineering, business and customer success teams on use case development and user story creation.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years working in a product management / founder role in B2B SaaS
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams and successful project completion.
  • Direct experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and product ownership practices.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with competing priorities.
  • Prior experience in the climate, sustainability, or startups is preferred.
