Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic LDR Team Lead to lead and support our Lead Development Representatives (LDR) team. This role involves overseeing daily operations, collaborating cross-functionally, optimizing processes, and driving team success. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with a keen eye for efficiency, data integrity, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of LDRs, ensuring productivity, engagement, and career growth. Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins to monitor team performance and well-being.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with SDRs, SDR Managers, Events, Marketing, Ops, and the Founders' Office to align on strategy and execution.

- Process Optimization: Establish and refine processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and success within the LDR team.

- Outbound Strategy & Sequencing: Develop and brainstorm effective outbound sequences to drive engagement and conversion.

- Tool & Technology Management: Oversee the onboarding and adoption of new tools, ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows.

- Performance Tracking & Growth Planning: Monitor LDR achievements, analyze blockers, and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement.

- CRM Hygiene & Data Integrity: Ensure the team maintains accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, supporting data-driven decision-making.

- Strategic Planning: Contribute to long-term planning for team growth, career development paths, and overall department Proven experience managing or mentoring a sales or lead development team.

- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

- Process-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and automation.

- Experience with CRM platforms and lead management tools.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Must be open to an onsite opportunity in Bangalore.
