Company DescriptionAachari is a modern menswear brand based in Surat.We focus on creating contemporary, well-crafted clothing for men who value style, confidence, and comfort.Role Description.This is a full-time hybrid role (Vesu / Work From Home, Surat) for a Digital Marketing Manager – Performance & Growth.You’ll work directly with the founders to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google.Your focus will be on scaling sales, improving ROAS, and driving measurable growth — not day-to-day social posting.You’ll analyze performance data, test creatives, refine targeting, and collaborate with our content team to create high-impact campaigns that reflect Aachari’s bold, confident tone.You’ll meet with the founders 2–3 times a week in Vesu (home or café) for reviews and strategy check-ins.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.Build full-funnel strategies — awareness, retargeting, and retention.Track and report on KPIs: ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversions, and sales.Collaborate with creative and content teams to design performance-driven ad visuals and copy.Execute digital strategies for product launches and collection drops.Manage email / WhatsApp automations and remarketing flows Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and optimization tactics.Qualifications2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital ads (D2C/fashion experience preferred).Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics.Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and performance metrics.Analytical mindset — comfortable with data, reports, and optimization.Excellent communication and accountability — able to work independently.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)Work Setup📍 Hybrid (Work From Home + 2–3 review meets/week in Vesu, Surat)💻 Flexible hours, performance-focused culture💬 Direct founder collaborationPAY RANGE ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience)
