With a strong focus on quality, advanced manufacturing, and engineering excellence, we are expanding our domestic and international footprint.Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced General Manager Marketing & Sales to lead our Domestic Marketing, International Marketing, Sales, and Estimation functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, deep OEM exposure, and proven success in developing new business for precision machined components.Key Responsibilities:- Lead domestic and international marketing strategy to drive business growth. - Manage complete cycle: lead generation, RFQ handling, costing, proposals, negotiation, and order closure. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM customers (TAFE, Caterpillar, Komatsu, KONE, Siemens, Ashok Leyland, etc.). - Oversee estimation & costing for machined components and project developments. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities. - Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams for project execution. - Participate in strategic planning for revenue targets, capability expansion, and market diversification. - Ensure pricing accuracy, margin optimization, and customer satisfaction.Qualifications:- B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical or Production Engineering (MBA Marketing preferred). - 15–20 years of experience in marketing/sales/business development in precision machining, auto components, or heavy engineering. - Strong understanding of machining processes, engineering drawings, costing, and OEM supply-chain requirements. - Experience managing large OEM accounts (domestic & international). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Willingness to travel within India and overseas.-What We Offer:- Competitive compensation with performance incentives. - Opportunity to lead a key business function in a growing, technology-driven company. - Exposure to global OEM customers and international markets. - Supportive leadership and a dynamic engineering environment.How to Apply:Send your CV to: career@pmacindia.comSubject Line: Application for General Manager – Marketing Or apply directly via LinkedIn
