Position Summary :We are seeking a highly skilled and talented AI/ML professional to join our team.As an AI/ML specialist / team lead, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and develop innovative AI/ML solutions.You will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, designing machine learning models, and implementing AI algorithms to solve complex business challenges.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about AI and wants to make a significant impact in the field.About the Role :As an AI/ML specialist / team lead, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and develop innovative AI/ML :- Conduct research on the latest AI/ML techniques and methodologies.- 5- 10 years of experience.- Experience with RAG, LLM'S, NLP, Python, Chatbot, Gen Ai is a must.- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI/ML use cases.- Lead a team which helps build, train, optimize and fine-tune existing AI models to improve their performance.- Lead a team which ensures the scalability and reliability of AI/ML solutions.- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and tools.- Should be able to own the AI/ML product end to end.Qualifications :Bachelors degree or masters in computer science, Engineering, Software Engineering or a relevant field.Required Skills :- Strong background in machine learning algorithms and statistics.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team.- Proficient in Python.- Strong team management skills, should have led AI/ML or software teams in the past.- Experience with popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).- Solid understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering.- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).- Should have exposure to software engineering frameworks and end to end product Skills :- Need candidates from Tier -1 Institutes.
