Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Appian Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Appian Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Appian-based solutions to meet our clients' business needs. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable : - Design, develop, and implement Appian-based solutions, including process models, SAIL interfaces, rules, and data models.- Participate in requirements gathering and analysis to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.- Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test plans.- Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the solutions.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Appian applications.- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.- Stay up-to-date with the latest Appian features and technologies.- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Appian development processes.- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.- Work with various integrations using web services, APIs, and other integration technologies.Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.- Experience : 6-8 years of experience in Appian development.- Strong understanding of Appian architecture and development principles.- Proficiency in designing and developing Appian process models, SAIL interfaces, rules, and data models.- Experience with Appian integration technologies, such as web services, APIs, and databases.- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Experience with Agile development methodologies.- Appian Certified Developer or Appian Certified Senior Developer certification is a plus.- Experience with Appian Cloud is a plus.- Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.Skills : - Appian BPM Suite- Process Modeling- SAIL (Self-Assembling Interface Layer)- Rules Engine- Data Modeling- Web Services (REST, SOAP)- API Integration- SQL- Agile Development- Problem Solving- CommunicationBenefits : - Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects.- Collaborative and supportive work environment.- Professional development and growth opportunities.
