We are currently hiring for multiple contract positions with one of our prestigious clients in Mumbai, with additional opportunities in Chennai and Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions to replace manual controls.

- Perform advanced data analysis to identify gaps in controls and detect policy breaches.

- Collaborate with Risk, Audit, Technology, and Business stakeholders to ensure effective solutions.

- Provide data-driven evidence to support audit, compliance, and governance initiatives.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices across the team.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of experience in Development and/or Production Support.

- Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Tableau, Python, and Mainframes.

- Hands-on experience with Appian, Xceptor, Excel VBA, Autosys/LSF.

- Strong analytical ability to work with large and complex datasets.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience working with SAS on Mainframe.

- Familiarity with workflow/collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence.

- Exposure to Banking, Risk Controls, and Audit processes.

Education :

- Bachelors degree (B.E/B.Tech/MCA) in IT, Computer Applications, or a related field.

- Masters degree in Computer Applications/Technology is preferred
