Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Mumbai for a Recruiting Intern. The Recruiting Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training.


You'll assist recruiters with tasks like

  • Sourcing candidates through various channels,
  • Conduct initial candidate screening by phone or email
  • First level scrutiny of resume as per the job description and Initial basic technical round with candidate.
  • Scheduling interviews and manage candidate communication,
  • Prepare interview materials and reports for recruiters and managing applicant data
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information.


Qualifications

  • Hiring and Recruiting skills
  • Interviewing and Communication skills
  • Training skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in the HR field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Bcom or finance field students will be preferred.
