Position Overview:
The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within our organization. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement programs and projects that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-project activities, resources, and dependencies.
- Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Ensure program and project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Lead and mentor project team members and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates, solicit feedback, and resolve issues.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on program status and milestones to Leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- A problem-Solving mindset and ability to work in matrixed organization.
