Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of Affordable housing products. Lead negotiations, address objections, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
