We're building the next chapter of Aava — a modern beverage and lifestyle brand powered by trust , quality , creativity, data, and digital innovation.Key Responsibilities- Own and grow Aava's D2C business across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, and aavawater.com. - Manage listings, offers, visibility, and product launches for Aava's expanding product range. - Oversee customer experience from ordering to delivery, feedback, and reordering. - Take full ownership of the customer care email and helpline — ensuring professional and prompt communication. - Plan and execute monthly content and digital campaigns using Meta, Google, influencer collaborations, and AI tools. - Coordinate activations, sampling drives, and on-ground events to promote Aava's glass bottles and new beverages. - Work closely with operations, logistics, and creative teams for smooth execution. - Maintain performance dashboards and provide weekly growth and service updates.Ideal Candidate- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, D2C operations, or brand management. - Background in a digital agency, D2C brand, or startup preferred. - AI-savvy — hands-on with tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, or Notion. - Strong understanding of customer experience, digital ads, and content planning. - Energetic, resourceful, and willing to get hands dirty. - Comfortable taking calls and resolving customer issues after hours when needed. - Flexible for weekend events and brand activations. - Thinks like an owner, not an employee — driven by results and responsibility.Application Task (Mandatory)Along with your CV, submit one AI-generated campaign idea:Research about Aava's D2C channels and create a social media campaign to promote Aava's Premium Glass Bottle Range — using AI tools .Your submission should include:1.
