This role sits at the heart of our mission — combining creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking to design meaningful experiences, scale communities, and strengthen corporate and social partnerships.Key Responsibilities Community Leadership: Build and manage multiple program-based communities through engaging sessions, activities, and events. Engagement & Content Strategy: Launch contests, challenges, and user-driven initiatives to keep communities active and connected. Event Management: Plan and execute both virtual and offline events, including formats tailored for corporate clients and partners. Revenue & Growth: Unlock new monetization opportunities through premium content, paid events, and strategic collaborations. Sponsorships: Drive sponsorships and partnerships via corporates, CSR programs, and philanthropic initiatives. Volunteer Network: Build and lead a volunteer base to support community activities and events. Corporate Partnerships: Design and deliver impactful proposals and programs for corporate clients. Content & Communication: Oversee blogs, newsletters, social media, and app-based engagement in collaboration with content and tech teams. Data & Technology: Use community apps, CRMs, and dashboards to track engagement and optimize initiatives.
