This isn’t just about design — it’s about shaping brands, telling stories, and building campaigns that cut through the noise. Frombrand identity to websites, social media, creative campaigns, and content direction , you’ll be the driving force behind everything we put out into the world. You’ll lead a talented team of designers, video editors, and copywriters, while working closely with our founder to push boundaries and make DigiCrackers’ work stand out across industries. This is a senior leadership role for someone who’s equally strong increative vision and execution , and thrives in a fast-paced, agency environment.This Role is For You If You:Have7+ years of creative experience(agency preferred), with3+ years in a leadership role Have led creative across multiple mediums— brand identity, campaigns, digital, content, design, video Can move seamlessly frombig-picture creative strategy to hands-on review and execution guidance Have a sharp sense ofdesign aesthetics, storytelling, and how creativity drives business outcomes Know how tobuild, mentor, and inspirea creative team Can confidentlylead client pitches, presentations, and workshops Are obsessed withraising the creative bar — every single dayWhat You’ll Be DoingCreative Strategy : Own and drive creative strategy across all client accounts and internal projects Branding : Oversee creation of brand identities, design systems, and guidelines Campaigns : Conceptualize and lead integrated campaigns across digital, print, and offline Content & Social : Work with copywriters and content strategists to align messaging with visuals Web & Digital : Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure websites and digital platforms are functional, aesthetic, and on-brand Team Leadership : Manage and mentor designers, video editors, and copywriters — review work, provide feedback, and push for excellence Client Collaboration : Present creative ideas, justify decisions with insights, and align with business objectives Innovation : Stay ahead of design, content, and campaign trends; bring fresh ideas to the tableWhom You’ll Work WithJay – Founder : Direct collaboration on high-impact projects and brand direction Clients : Ambitious brands across industries — from D2C to real estate to SaaS Creative Team : Designers, editors, and copywriters working under your leadership Cross-functional Teams : SEO, Paid Ads, Content, and Development — ensuring creativity ties back to performanceWe Stand ForFreedom & Responsibility : More responsibility brings more freedom and flexibility Feedback & Transparency : Honest, direct, and constructive feedback both ways Teamwork : Collaboration over ego; respect at the core Career Growth : A culture of mentorship, feedback, and growth-driven reviewsA Few Things to KnowThis is anon-site role in Ahmedabad You’ll bebuilding and scaling the creative function— both the team and the output You’ll play a key role in shaping the next phase of DigiCrackers’ growth
