Position:Account Manager – Ad Operations / Campaign Management Location:Chennai (Guindy) Experience:3+ Years Working Days:4 Days WFO | 1 Day WFH | Saturday & Sunday Off About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and client-focusedAssociate Account Managerto join our growing Ad Operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience incampaign management, client servicing, and performance optimizationacross majorDemand-Side Platforms (DSPs)— especiallyThe Trade Desk (TTD)orDV360 . This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage client relationships, execute campaigns flawlessly, and deliver measurable growth. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primaryclient point of contact , managing day-to-day communication and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns. Plan, execute, monitor, and optimizedigital media campaignsacrossprogrammatic DSPs (TTD, DV360, etc.) . Handle completecampaign lifecycle— from setup, trafficking, and delivery to reporting and insights. Ensure alignment between client objectives, media strategy, and performance outcomes. Analyze campaign data, createperformance reports , and present actionable insights for upscaling campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, media planning, data analytics, and creative) to ensure flawless delivery. Troubleshoot delivery issues, pacing, and tracking discrepancies in coordination with the ad ops and tech teams. Proactively identify opportunities forcampaign optimization and upselling / cross-sellingdigital solutions. Maintain a high level ofclient satisfactionthrough timely communication, analytical support, and strategic recommendations. Key Requirements: Minimum3 years of experienceinaccount management / ad operations / programmatic campaign management . Strong hands-on experience inThe Trade Desk (TTD)and/orGoogle DV360 (Display & Video 360) . Deep understanding ofprogrammatic advertising, DSPs, DMPs, pixels, tracking, and attribution models. Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously. Strong analytical skills with proficiency inExcel, Google Analytics, and campaign reporting dashboards. Excellentverbal and written communication skillswith strong client-facing presence. Ability to work in afast-paced, data-driven, and deadline-oriented environment. Experience incampaign optimization, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and inventory management. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inMarketing, Advertising, Media, Communications, or a related field.
