Job description:

To lead and manage project planning, scheduling, resources planning and monitoring and subcontracting mobilization activities. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting quality standards .

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive project schedules using tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.

- Monitor and track project progress, highlighting variances and risks.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, execution, and commercial.

- Prepare project progress reports, dashboards, and S-curves for internal and client review.

- Support in resource planning, budget forecasting, and cost control.

- Participate in client meetings, reviews, and audits.

- Identify critical path activities and advise on corrective measures.

- Ensure compliance with contract terms related to schedules and milestones.

- Lead planning and scheduling for multiple projects simultaneously, if required.

- Lead and prepare Client and subcontractor billing progressively and same has getting approval from client.

- Material Reconciliation month wise and submit to concern department.

- Identifying the risk areas and to develop the action plan.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and planning tools.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Good communication and leadership skills.

- Familiarity with EPC / Infrastructure / Industrial projects is an & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent).

- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in planning roles.

- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel
