We are seeking skilled professionals for Planogram (POG) roles to support retail space planning and category management.

The candidates will be responsible for designing and implementing effective planograms that optimize space utilization, enhance customer experience, and align with business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop visually appealing and data-driven planograms based on store clustering, space definitions, and category flow.

- Ensure that planograms meet assortment requirements, innovation opportunities, and shelving metrics.

- Conduct quality control checks before execution to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Work closely with Category Management, Key Account Managers (KAMs), and Space Teams for seamless planogram execution.

- Leverage data analytics to allocate optimal space for various products.

- Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and efficiency.

- Implement process improvements to enhance planogram execution.

- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to streamline operations.

- Utilize JDA software and MS Excel for space planning and execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Deputy Manager - POG (L5): 4-6 years of experience in Space Planning (JDA, Retail, or FMCG).

Technical & Leadership Skills:

- Strong expertise in JDA Software and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

- Knowledge of space automation tools is a plus.

- Ability to manage projects, analyze data, and provide insights for improved space planning
