We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BI Specialist with 8+ years of expertise in marketing and campaign performance analytics. The ideal candidate will be adept at building real-time dashboards and automated reports, and transforming complex data into actionable insights to drive ROI, engagement, and conversions. Roles and Responsibilities :

- Dashboarding & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain real-time dashboards and automated reports using leading BI tools like Tableau or Power BI, leveraging SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

- Performance Analytics & Insights Generation: Conduct in-depth funnel analysis, develop customer behavior modeling, identify key trends, and generate actionable insights related to marketing and campaign performance, focusing on ROI, engagement, and conversions.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to understand specific business needs and translate them into effective, scalable analytics solutions.

- Data Storytelling: Present complex data findings and insights clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.

Required Skills & Tools :

- Experience: 8+ years of experience in marketing and campaign performance analytics.

- BI Tools: Proven expertise in building BI dashboards and reporting frameworks using Tableau, Power BI, and/or Looker.

- Languages: Strong proficiency in SQL (with experience in PostgreSQL/MySQL).

- Proficiency in Python (specifically with libraries like Pandas, Matplotlib) or R for data analysis and manipulation.

- Data Platforms: Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Google BigQuery, Snowflake, and/or AWS Redshift.

- Marketing Tools: Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or Adobe Analytics.

- Analytical Skills: Skilled in delivering actionable insights for ROI, engagement, and conversions based on data analysis.
