JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Manager - Internal Communications & Evangelization within the Brand team at EdgeVerve, focusing on aligning and updating the entire organization with our marketing & branding initiatives. This role will essentially bridge the gap between our marketing strategies and the broader organizational awareness, ensuring seamless internal communication and promotion of our brand and platform initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement internal communication strategies that keep the organization informed about monthly, and quarterly initiatives of the brand, digital, platform, go-to-market and analyst relations teams.

Craft compelling content (written, visual, and multimedia) for various internal communication channels, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.

Plan and execute internal events and programs that promote the brand, employee engagement and build a strong company culture

Develop and implement strategies to cultivate senior level brand ambassadors and thought leaders who advocate for the brand, Platform and overall organization.

Lead and manage all thought leadership initiatives, including overseeing our flagship publication, the Edge Quarterly Magazine, from content ideation to execution.

Collaborate closely with empaneled writers and key leadership members to ensure thought leadership content is accurately represented and engaging.

Facilitate and coordinate leadership participation in podcasts and other thought leadership mediums, in line with marketing team directives.

Project manage evangelization initiatives single-handedly, ensuring timelines, quality, and strategic alignment are maintained.

Work in tandem with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team to create and foster synergy with the larger parent organization (Infosys Ltd), supporting coordination and collaborative efforts for synergy initiatives.


Qualifications:

A post-graduate preferably an MBA in Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in internal communications, brand management, or a related role in a corporate setting.

Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Strong leadership skills with an ability to engage and coordinate with various teams and senior executives.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for crafting engaging narratives.

Experience in editorial management, content creation, creative development and thought leadership initiatives.

Ability to work independently, think strategically and execute tactically.
