Designation- Instructional Designer Manager/Sr Manager

Working days- 5 days.

Location- Noida


Job Purpose

Creation and review of effective e-learning scripts and storyboards, SCORMS, power point presentations

Development of e-learning materials, assessments, and assignments with unique e-learning experiences.

Creation of online training manuals for various corporate entities.

Key Responsibilities

•Need to work with subject matter experts and create CBT (Computer Based Training) modules and storyboards as per the requirements of the organisation

•Need to use the worldwide accepted theories and practices of instructional designing in real time situations

•Need to be able to effectively meet the daily based targets of creating storyboards and SCORMS.

•Should be able to analyse, update and define the existing content of the educational institutions and other corporate clients.

•Should be able to collaborate with the graphic designers for troubleshooting the user related problems to ensure that the quality standards are maintained as per expectations

•Should be able to effectively work with teams in a virtual/offline office setting as and when required.


Mandatory Skills for Manager

•Should be able to Lead a team of IDs, track their daily work progress and Generate reports as and when necessary.

•Extensive knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360 and Camtasia is preferred.

•Highly motivated professional with strategic planning and project management capabilities.

•Collaborate with SME/Managers in reducing the needs and requirements of various topics.

•Should have the ability to lead the team during client interactions and receive feedback from them.

•Focus on learning in functional/domain areas. Develop understanding of goals and objectives of his/her role

•Create/Maintain infographics related to the topic/area of work

•Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods to course development.

•Ability to express concepts and complex information effectively in a simple, clear, and concise manner.

•Should possess strong analytical and time management abilities.

•Responsible for ensuring that storyboards adhere to multiple project-wise quality standards, guidelines, and styles of both clients and brand

•Write effective instructional text and audio or video scripts with adherence to instructional design documentation and processes to ensure quality and consistency

•Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and knowledge transfer

•Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc), e-learning materials, assessments and online training assets as per requirements

•Effective interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.

•Proven ability to work and achieve in a team environment.

•Strong writing, design, and synthesis skills

•Should work beyond the stipulated working hours whenever the need arises.

•Should be able to manage multiple quality check assignments of varied academic disciplines parallelly

•Any other work assigned by reporting manager/superiors.


Other Requirements

Experience in any Ed-tech platform would be an added advantage.

Experience as a teaching faculty/ teaching assistant would be considered as a bonus for this role

Experience of working on the Adobe Captivate, Camtasia etc is required.

Should have a graduate or post graduate degree - preferably from a university/college of national repute
