Job Description:

As an Email Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating and managing email and SMS campaigns that resonate with our diverse audience. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure our messaging is consistent, visually appealing, and effective in achieving our marketing goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development:
  • Build and manage email and SMS campaigns supporting all 11 regions.
  • Assign message labels, define message types, and set send/exclusion lists.
  • Email Creation:
  • Build fully responsive HTML emails using HTML/CSS, ensuring they render correctly across multiple email clients and support dark mode.
  • Export email and SMS slices from Figma files.
  • Content Management:
  • Use drag-and-drop models to build emails and SMS messages, including uploading images, hyperlinking images, and referencing snippets.
  • Send test emails and SMS messages, responding to feedback and making necessary edits.
  • Workflow and Reporting:
  • Create journeys and workflows using the Iterable platform.
  • Report on promotional campaign success using metrics from the Iterable platform.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in email and SMS campaign development.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for building responsive emails.
  • Experience with Figma for exporting email and SMS slices.
  • Familiarity with the Iterable platform for creating journeys/workflows and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure emails render correctly across multiple clients and support dark mode.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to respond to feedback and make necessary adjustments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
  • Understanding of marketing best practices and campaign optimization.
  • Knowledge of email and SMS marketing trends and technologies.
