This role involves working thenight shift to align with global client time zones and requires a strong understanding of B2B salesstrategies and global communication.Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to potential international clients to generate qualified leads. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in global B2B markets. Schedule and lead product presentations/demos with decision-makers. Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and partners. Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels. Maintain and update CRM systems with call outcomes and client interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client on boarding and support. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in international B2B sales, with proven cold calling expertise. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. Comfortable working in a night shift and adapting to international time zones. Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and virtual communication tools.✅ Preferred Skills: Experience in working with clients from the US, UK, Europe, or APAC. Track record of converting cold leads into active business accounts. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. High resilience, energy, and self-motivation.
