We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Applications R12, with expertise in the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide solutions, and ensure seamless support and enhancement of Oracle EBS applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and support Oracle Applications R12, with a focus on Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).

- Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver effective Oracle EBS solutions.

- Configure Oracle EBS Finance modules to align with business needs.

- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support end-user training.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS Finance modules.

- Develop functional specifications for customizations, reports, and interfaces.

- Collaborate with technical teams for design and development of custom solutions.

- Provide post-implementation support, including upgrades and patch management.

- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

Mandatory Skills :

- 6-8 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 implementation and support, focusing on Finance modules.

- Strong functional knowledge of GL (General Ledger), AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), FA (Fixed Assets), and CM (Cash Management).

- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.

- Expertise in configuring and customizing Oracle EBS modules.

- Ability to develop and review functional specifications for customizations.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders.

- Functional expertise in Oracle EBS Financial modules (GL, AR, AP, CM, FA, iExpenses), with a solid understanding of Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules being an advantage.

- Experience in creating functional specification documents, developing test cases and scripts, and conducting comprehensive end-to-end testing for development and patching activities.

- Ability to provide functional guidance to the development team in creating custom solutions and managing data migrations.

- Familiarity with India Localization and GST modules is essential.

- Strong understanding of finance business processes, month-end tasks, and reporting.

- Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL is preferred.

Nice to Have Skills :

- Knowledge of integration between Oracle EBS and other systems.

- Experience with SQL/PLSQL for querying and analyzing data.

- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials is a plus.

- Exposure to tools like Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher, or Oracle Reports.

- Understanding of financial accounting principles and processes.

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
