LTIMindtree Quality Assurance team is looking for GEN AI Enthusiast's.Role Objectives- Test Validate the functionality and accuracy of AIgenerated outputsExpectations- Working closely with the development team to design test cases execute test scenarios and identify potential datarelated issues in the AI models. - Contribute to the enhancement of testing processes and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the overall quality and reliability of GenAI products. - Strong analytical skills attention to detail and a keen understanding of data quality standards.Responsibility- Develop and execute test plans for evaluating the functional performance of GenAI models - Analyse AIgenerated outputs to identify discrepancies inaccuracies or unexpected behaviour - Collaborate with SMEs and engineers to reproduce and debug identified issues - Document and communicate test resultsSkills- Experience in software testing and Test Automation with a focus on data validation - Familiarity with data quality standards and best practices - Experience with ML deep learning TensorFlow Python NLP - Experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions - Knowledge of programming languages and scripting on any one automation tool - Experience in REST API development NoSQL database design and RDBMS design and optimizations - Strong analytical and problemsolving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilitiesLTIMindtree is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
