Job Description:

  • Candidate should experience on complex enterprise grade design, implementation, support and Maintenance - Must
  • Experience on Salesforce modules which includes:
  • Sales cloud – Must
  • Service cloud - Must
  • Candidate should hold Salesforce solution architect Candidate should hold relevant Salesforce Architect & Consultant certifications – Must have
  • Experience on Service Cloud voice (inc. Voice and Amazon Connect, 3rd party call center solution) - must have for the person who has service cloud.
  • Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on the Experience Cloud. Must have
  • Implement and maintain a responsive and user-friendly Experience Cloud interface. - Must
  • Integrate Salesforce Experience Cloud with external systems and applications as needed. - Must have
  • Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other integrated platforms. Must have
  • Integration exp with sales force and other 3rd party tools. - Must have
  • Fintech/ Payments domain exp with SF – Good to have
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and provide technical expertise.
  • Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, features, and best practices. - Must have
  • Implement industry best practices for Salesforce development and design
  • Good Communication skillset
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Ability to multi-task & support multiple priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
