Position: SDE3 - Backend Engineer

Working Days: 5 Days a week

Working Mode: Work from Office

Location: Gurgaon / Mumbai

Experience: 5+ years

Notice: Immediate joiners (Maximum within 7-15 days)

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Node.js (Express.js) or Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate).

- Design and implement RESTful APIs with a microservices architecture, ensuring efficient data exchange and scalability.

- Manage and optimize databases (PostgreSQL & MongoDB) to ensure data integrity, performance, and security.

- Develop containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them efficiently with Kubernetes.

- Implement security best practices for backend applications, including OAuth, JWT, and API gateway solutions.

- Optimize application performance through profiling, logging, and monitoring tools.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Stay up to date with emerging backend technologies and continuously enhance system architecture.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Backend Engineer / Software Development Engineer (SDE2).

- Proficiency in Node.js (Express.js) or Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate).

- Strong experience with relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.

- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

- Experience with API security standards (OAuth, JWT, API Gateway).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills):

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Familiarity with GraphQL.

- Understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture.

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, Prometheus, ELK, etc.)

- Working knowledge of infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).
