Job Title:Senior Electrical Engineering Trainer – Pharma & Medical Devices Location:Remote Job Type:Part-timeJob Summary: We are seeking an experiencedElectrical Engineering Trainerwith over10 years of hands-on experiencein the pharmaceutical and medical devices industries. The trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs for engineers, technicians, and operational staff to enhance their technical skills in electrical systems, automation, and compliance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities: Develop and delivertechnical training programsrelated to electrical systems, instrumentation, and control in pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing. Train personnel onmaintenance, troubleshooting, and validationof electrical and automation equipment. Providehands-on practical sessionsfor operational and engineering teams to ensure competence in electrical engineering practices. Ensure training content complies withcGMP, ISO 13485, FDA, and other regulatory standardsrelevant to pharma and medical devices. Mentor and guide engineers and technicians onbest practices in electrical design, installation, and safety . Preparetraining manuals, SOPs, presentations, and assessment toolsfor internal training programs. Stay updated onemerging electrical technologies, automation trends, and regulatory requirementsin pharma and medical devices. Conductskill gap analysisand propose training plans to address identified gaps.Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree inElectrical Engineeringor related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum10 years of experiencein electrical engineering roles withinpharmaceutical or medical devices industries . Strong knowledge ofPLC, SCADA, DCS, electrical installations, motors, drives, and control systems . Experience withequipment qualification, calibration, and validation(IQ/OQ/PQ). Familiarity withcGMP, ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and EHS standards . Proven experience indeveloping and delivering technical training programs . Excellentcommunication, presentation, and interpersonal skills . Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Preferred Skills: Experience withautomation systems, robotics, and MESin pharma/medical devices. Certification intraining or adult education . Hands-on experience withpreventive and predictive maintenancetechniques.Key Competencies: Technical expertise inelectrical engineering for pharma/medical devices . Ability tosimplify complex technical conceptsfor trainees. Strongleadership, mentoring, and coachingskills. Commitment toquality, safety, and regulatory compliance .
