Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - Payroll/HR Systems Specialist | Workday Focus (Bangalore) We are seeking a highly experienced, technical-functionalSenior Business Systems Analyst (BSA)to drive the analysis, design, and implementation of complex payroll technology solutions. This role requires deep expertise in HR/Payroll data, end-to-end processes, and robust systems analysis to ensure compliant, accurate, and efficient payroll operations for our GERMAN CLIENTMandatory Technical & Functional Expertise (10+ Years Required) Overall IT Experience:Minimum10+ yearsof total IT experience. Technical BA Tenure:At least6+ yearsspecifically as a Technical BA leading end-to-end Payroll/HR system implementations. Core System Expertise:Hands-on experience with major Payroll/HR systems, specificallyWorkday. Integration Proficiency:Strong practical knowledge ofPayroll Integrations,APIs, and data exchange formats (XML, CSV, REST). Technical Skills:Proficiency inSQLfor complex data validation, querying, and analysis related to payroll. Data Models:Expert-level knowledge ofHR/Payroll data modelsand structures. Process Mastery:In-depth understanding ofend-to-end payroll operations, including time capture, earnings/deductions/benefits, reconciliation, and reporting. Statutory Compliance:Expert knowledge ofIndian statutory compliancerelated to payroll (e.g.,PF, ESI, PT, TDS). Key Responsibilities (What You'll Deliver) Specification Lead:Translate complex business requirements into detailedfunctional and technical specifications. System Analysis:Conduct thoroughdata mappingand interface analysis between HRMS, Time & Attendance, and Payroll systems. Implementation & QA:Lead system implementation efforts, includingconfiguration, UAT/SIT testing, and payrollparallel runs. Governance:Identify, document, and mitigate gaps, dependencies, and project risks. Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation (SOPs and user guides). Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience withmulti-country payroll processing. Familiarity with cloud-based HR/Finance systems and related middleware. Exposure to advanced reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau). Location:Bangalore
