We are 850+ employees, 11 business verticals with offices across 35 cities and headquartered in Noida.Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly driven and strategic Regional Head – Emerging Markets (North) to lead our retail sales efforts across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in North India. This leadership role will be instrumental in expanding Magicbricks' footprint in high-growth, emerging markets and driving revenue growth across the region.Key Responsibilities- Own and drive the regional P&L for emerging markets (Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities) in North India. - Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies to meet and exceed business goals. - Manage and scale high-performing sales teams across multiple locations. - Drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth in underpenetrated markets. - Regularly analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to inform decision-making. - Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to optimize offerings and improve customer experience. - Ensure timely reporting and alignment with the National Sales Head on strategic goals, KPIs, and execution plans. - Represent Magicbricks in key client meetings, channel partner events, and regional business forums.Desired Candidate Profile- MBA from a reputed institute. - 10–14 years of progressive experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in real estate, digital classifieds, fintech, or e-commerce sectors. - Proven track record in managing Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets with strong business acumen. - Exceptional leadership and team management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Willingness to travel extensively across the region.What We Offer- Opportunity to lead growth in high-potential emerging markets. - Strategic leadership role with national visibility. - Collaborative and dynamic work environment at India’s top real estate platform. - Competitive compensation and performance-linked rewards.
