With boutique F&B, high end retail and hospitality experience in Interior design.- Review the design and drawings from the consultants at every stage- Budgeting, Value addition, value engineering and cost optimization.- Check compliance of the design to the applicable code.- Lead and mentor the design team. Hire the talent for future expansion- Actively participate in all the business pitches/investor interests.- Keep track of the current and upcoming trends in the best of international properties and incorporate the suitable ones in our developments.
