Lead Network Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Network Engineer to join our team and take charge of managing our Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) based LAN infrastructure and Wi-Fi networks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cisco networking technologies, with specific expertise in SDA deployment, configuration, and management, as well as extensive knowledge of wireless LAN :

- Design, implement, and manage Cisco SDA fabric for our wired/wireless LAN infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity, policy enforcement, and network segmentation.

- Configure and optimize Virtual Networks (VN) within the SDA fabric to support diverse user groups, applications, and services.

- Integrate Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) with SDA for centralized policy enforcement, authentication, and authorization across the network.

- Utilize Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) for policy-based automation, provisioning, and management of the SDA fabric, ensuring consistent network policies and configurations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wireless LAN infrastructure with Cisco SDA, enabling unified policy enforcement and seamless roaming across wired and wireless domains.

- Familiarity with basic AI tools is considered an advantage.

Experience :

- SDA (Software Defined Access) : 3-4+ Years.

- DNAC (Cisco DNA Centre): 3-4+ Years.

- Candidate with 12+ years of Networking experience.

- Bachelor in Engineering/MCA/M.Sc/ M./ MBA in Systems, IT or Insurance or Finance.

- CCNP/Cisco Wireless certifications is an added advantage.

- Excellent verbal & non verbal communication skills.

- Should be a team player.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Leadership skills.
