Tester - FinnOne Neo / Loan Management System

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Tester with hands-on experience in FinnOne Neo or similar Loan Management Systems (LMS). The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of loan processing functionalities through effective test planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: Understand and analyzebusiness requirements and functional specificationsfor loan processes. Prepare and executetest cases, test scripts, and test datafor various loan modules (disbursement, repayment, foreclosure, etc.). Performfunctional, regression, and UAT testingon FinnOne Neo LMS. Validate system configurations, workflows, and data integrity across modules. Identify, document, and trackdefects/bugsusing standard tools until closure. Collaborate closely withbusiness, development, and support teamsto resolve issues. Ensure compliance with organizationaltesting standards and timelines. Support production verification and post-deployment testing as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2-4 years of testing experience inFinnOne Neoor otherLoan Management Systems . Good understanding ofloan lifecycle processes(origination, disbursement, repayment, closure). Experience inmanual testing ; exposure to automation tools will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge ofSQLfor backend data validation. Proficient inMS Excel and documentation . Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Availability to join immediately
