Unilight Insurance Brokers Location: MumbaiRole Overview:Unilight Insurance Brokers is looking for an experienced Marketing & Corporate Communications professional from the BFSI/Insurance domain to drive brand building, content strategy, and corporate communication initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in insurance-focused content, corporate presentations, and digital communication to support business growth and brand credibility.Key Responsibilities:Branding & Corporate Communications: • Manage and strengthen Unilight Insurance Brokers’ brand across all online and offline platforms. • Ensure consistent messaging aligned with regulatory, compliance, and industry standards of BFSI. • Develop corporate brochures, profiles, pitch documents, sales collaterals, and brand assets. • Support leadership communication including corporate announcements, employer branding, and internal communication.Insurance & BFSI Content Development: • Create clear, compliant, and engaging content related to insurance products, risk management, employee benefits, and brokerage services. • Write website content, blogs, newsletters, thought leadership articles, and case studies focused on IRDAI. • Simplify complex insurance concepts into customer-friendly communication. • Coordinate with product, sales, and compliance teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory alignment.Corporate Presentations (PPTs): • Develop high-impact corporate and sales presentations for client pitches, renewals, partnerships, and leadership meetings. • Standardize PowerPoint templates in line with brand guidelines. • Support sales and business development teams with customized pitch decks and proposals. Social Media & Digital Marketing: • Manage and grow Unilight’s presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. • Create BFSI-focused content calendars, captions, and creatives. • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement and lead visibility. • Stay updated on insurance, BFSI, and financial services marketing trends.Campaigns & Marketing Support: • Support marketing initiatives for product launches, corporate events, webinars, and industry forums. • Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors. • Assist in PR coordination, awards submissions, and brand visibility initiatives.Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong understanding of insurance and BFSI marketing. • Excellent content writing, editing, and storytelling skills. • Advanced PowerPoint and corporate presentation skills. • Experience with LinkedIn marketing and B2B social media. • Strong stakeholder management and multitasking ability.Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field. • Prior experience in Insurance, Brokerage, BFSI, or Financial Services is mandatory. • Working knowledge of Canva / basic design tools is an added advantage.Why Join Unilight Insurance Brokers: • Opportunity to work closely with leadership in a growing insurance brokerage. • High-visibility role impacting brand and business growth. • Dynamic BFSI environment with scope for creativity and strategic contribution
