Key Responsibilities:


Experience: 4+Years:

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Keep abreast of new legislation and regulatory developments and ensure their implementation.
  • Develop, maintain, and update company-wide compliance policies and procedures.
  • Create and implement company policies that encourage legal and ethical conduct.
  • Review and revise compliance policies to reflect changes in laws or regulations.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify potential areas of compliance risk.


Risk Management:

  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate identified risks.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure appropriate risk mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Ensure the company’s risk management policies align with regulatory frameworks.


Internal Audits and Investigations:

  • Lead and manage internal audits to assess the effectiveness of compliance controls.
  • Investigate reported concerns and allegations of non-compliance, taking corrective actions where necessary.
  • Prepare and submit audit reports to senior management and relevant authorities.


Training and Awareness:

  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive compliance training program for employees at all levels.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.


Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and present compliance reports to the executive management and Board of Directors.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all compliance activities, including audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
  • Report any non-compliance incidents to relevant regulatory bodies as required.

Liaison and Coordination:

  • Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and external auditors.
  • Work closely with legal counsel, HR, finance, and other departments to ensure cohesive compliance practices.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to promote a culture of ethical conduct and accountability.
