Position Overview:


We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support and Training Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience in software support and possess excellent proficiency in both English and Hindi.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers using Cronberry's CRM and marketing automation software.
  • Conduct training sessions for new users, ensuring they understand and can effectively utilize the software.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the development team to communicate and address customer feedback and software issues.
  • Create and update support documentation and training materials.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 6 months experience in software support.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Work Culture: 5 days a week
