  • Assist in buying, selling, and leasing residential, commercial, or industrial properties.

  • Ensure smooth closing processes and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Conduct market studies to identify trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.

  • Stay updated with zoning laws, market developments, and real estate regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and investors.
  • Provide expert advice on property options that align with client needs and budgets.
  • Collaborate with legal, financial, and development teams as required.
  • Manage property portfolios and track performance metrics.
  • Support site selection, property inspections, and due diligence activities.
  • Assist in coordinating renovations, facility improvements, and property management.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, company policies, and ethical practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and client communications.
