Executive Assistant

Responsibilities
- Managing the calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating events
- Arranging domestic and international travel
- Preparing and delivering various reports and presentations
- Conducting research and analysis to support their decision-making processes
- Handling administrative tasks such as email management and expense reports
- Coordinating daily logistics such as setting up video conferences and ordering meals
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- 1+ years of experience as a personal assistant or relevant administrative experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with productivity tools such as G-Suite, Quickbook & Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative
- Experience with international travel coordination and international time zones is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
- Comfortable working on EST time zone
- Location : Hyderbad (Hybrid setup)
