The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with hands-on experience in driving mass hiring (up to 5000+ numbers) and building high-performing recruitment teams in fast-paced environments.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end bulk hiring operations across multiple business verticals. - Design and implement scalable recruitment strategies aligned with business growth. - Build, mentor, and manage large teams focused on high-volume delivery. - Partner with business and HR leaders to forecast hiring needs and capacity plans. - Establish sourcing networks, vendor partnerships, and digital hiring pipelines. - Track hiring efficiency using dashboards, metrics, and analytics. - Ensure an excellent candidate experience while maintaining hiring speed and quality. - Manage budgets, SLAs, and compliance for all large-scale hiring projects.Core Competencies:- Proven expertise in bulk hiring across Sales, Fintech, E-commerce, and BPO. - Strong stakeholder and team management skills. - Strategic thinker with operational execution excellence. - Data-driven, analytical, and results-oriented. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
