Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and expert Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with 12+ years of experience, specializing in Absence Management implementation. In this role, you will leverage your deep technical and functional expertise to design, configure, and integrate complex absence solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. If you are proficient in setting up absence plans, configuring fast formulas, and integrating with other HCM modules, you'll be key to delivering world-class digital transformations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Absence Management Implementation Leadership : Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Absence Management, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

- Plan & Formula Configuration : Proficiently set up diverse absence plans (e.g., vacation, sick leave, paid time off) and configure intricate fast formulas for automated leave accruals, eligibility rules, and balance calculations.

- Core HCM Module Expertise : Apply strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM core modules, including Core HR, Time and Labor, Payroll, and Benefits, understanding their interdependencies with Absence Management.

- Module Integration : Design and implement seamless integrations between Absence Management and other critical HCM modules such as Time & Labor, Payroll, and Benefits, ensuring data consistency and process flow.

- Workflow Management & Customization : Skillfully manage and customize approval workflows for absence requests and related processes as per complex business requirements, using Oracle's workflow tools.

- Technical Troubleshooting & Optimization : Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to absence configurations, fast formulas, and integrations, ensuring optimal system performance.

- Requirements Gathering & Solution Design : Translate complex business requirements into robust technical and functional specifications for Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management solutions.

- Client Collaboration & Advisory : Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through best practices, configuration options, and potential solutions for their absence management needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 12+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with extensive expertise specifically in Absence Management implementation.

- Deep technical proficiency in configuring absence plans, absence types, and complex fast formulas for accruals, entitlements, and validations.

- Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM core modules, including Core HR, Time and Labor, Payroll, and Benefits.

- Proven experience in integrating Absence Management with other HCM modules using Oracle Cloud integration tools and methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with workflow management and customization within Oracle Cloud HCM.

- Familiarity with HDL (Human Capital Management Data Loader) and HSDL (Human Capital Management Spreadsheet Data Loader) for data migration and mass updates.

- Knowledge of BI Publisher or OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) for reporting on absence data.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
