Our work not only supports global demand for seaweed-based products but also drives livelihood creation and strengthens marine resilience.Job Summary: We are seeking an experiencedSales Executivewith a strong background inbiotech, agriculture, agri-inputs, or agrichemical products . The ideal candidate has deep field experience, strong industry connections, and has successfully sold products to farmers, dealers, distributors, and agri-business partners. This role involves driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and ensuring strong product adoption in the assigned region.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Generate quality leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, dealers, and institutional clients. Promote and sell biotech/agri-related products such asbiostimulants, biofertilizers, and crop inputs . Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and trials to showcase product effectiveness. Track market movements, customer needs, and competitor activity. Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and territory updates. Work closely with the technical team to support customer requirements and product adoption.Qualifications Degree in Agriculture, Biotechnology, Business Management, or related field (preferred). Strong understanding of cultivation practices and farmer needs. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Work Experience 3–5 years of experiencein sales within biotech, agriculture, agrichemicals, or agri-inputs (mandatory).Skills & Abilities Knowledge of biostimulants, sustainable agri-products, and emerging agri-technologies. Experience managing dealer networks and channel partners. Ability to conduct field demos and technical presentations.
