The Senior Scientist will be responsible for designing and conducting experiments, analyzing experimental data and heading the ELISA Optimization Department and Quality Control. The role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior staff, and actively engaging in the development and production of ELISA kits.QualificationsStrong research and analytical skills, with the ability to design, execute, and analyze ELISA experimentsAbility to guide and mentor junior team membersExpertise in ELISA manufacture including protein immobilization on plates, HRP conjugation and stabilization, secondary reagents preparation and final boxing for production.
