We’re looking for a hands-on PPC Expert to plan, launch, and scale high-ROI campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing. You’ll own the entire funnel—from keyword & audience strategy to tracking, optimization, and reporting—focused on lowering CPL and improving ROAS for lead-gen and e-commerce clients (healthcare/dental services in UK experience is a plus).


Key Responsibilities
  • Build & manage Google Ads  (Search, PMax, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads  campaigns end-to-end.
  • Conduct keyword research, match types strategy, and negative keyword  hygiene; implement SKAG/segmented structures where relevant.
  • Write and test high-converting ad copy  and assets (RSAs, headlines, sitelinks, callouts, images, videos).
  • Own budgeting & pacing , bid strategies (tCPA, tROAS, Max Conv.), and impression share/IS-lost analysis.
  • Set up and validate conversion tracking : GA4, Google Ads, Enhanced Conversions, call tracking, and CRM/Offline Conversion Imports.
  • Create and maintain Looker Studio  dashboards and weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and next steps.
  • Launch and optimize remarketing  and YouTube  funnels; audience segmentation using first-party data.
  • Collaborate with content/SEO/dev teams on landing pages & CRO  (forms, UI/UX, speed, trust signals).
  • Monitor competitors, run A/B tests, and continuously improve CPL/CPA/ROAS, CVR, CTR, QS .
Must-Have Skills
  • 4–5+ years managing sizable PPC budgets with demonstrable ROI.
  • Strong command of Google Ads , Merchant Center , Meta Ads , and (nice) Microsoft Advertising .
  • GA4 + GTM  proficiency (events, params, enhanced conversions); UTM discipline.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets ; Looker Studio reporting.
  • Solid understanding of lead funnels, attribution, and bid automation.
  • Google Ads Certification  (current) and immediate availability.
Good to Have
  • Healthcare/dental lead-gen  experience un UK Market.
  • Feed management (e.g., DataFeedWatch/Feed rules), basic HTML/CSS for landing tweaks, WordPress.
  • Experience with call-tracking tools (e.g., CallRail/Exotel), CRM integrations (HubSpot/Zapier), and O2C.
  • VWO/Optimizely or other CRO tooling; basic scripts/rules for automation.
