Key Controllership- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.- Ensure accuracy of P&L, BS, cash flow and reconciliations.- Maintain accounting policies and GL hygiene.Audit Management- Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits end-to-end.- Prepare audit documentation and manage auditor relationships.- Close audit issues with timely remediation.- Internal Controls & Governance- Build and maintain internal control frameworks (IFC/SOX-style).- Strengthen processes for revenue, expenses, procurement, payroll.- Identify financial risks and implement fixes.Data Analysis & Investor Readiness- Prepare investor-quality data packs and financial analyses.- Support diligence, fundraise documentation, and data-room hygiene.- Own reconciliations, bridges, and financial Ensure compliance with Ind-AS, Companies Act, GST, TDS, MCA filings.- Maintain accurate statutory records and timely 5-10+ years in audit, FDD, or controllership.- Strong technical grounding in Ind-AS and audit standards.- Experience owning full audit cycles independently.- High analytical rigor and documentation discipline.- Excellent stakeholder management.
