We are looking for an experienced Junior E-commerce Executive to oversee our online sales operations across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end ecommerce management, driving sales, optimising listings, and leading a small team to achieve business goals.Responsibilities -- E-commerce Listing: Oversee the entire e-commerce process, from product listing to order fulfilment, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. - Platform Management: Manage and optimise online stores on Amazon, Flipkart, WordPress, and GeM (Government e-Marketplace), ensuring compliance with platform-specific guidelines. - Listing, Catalogue, and Product Descriptions: Create and maintain compelling product listings, catalogues, and descriptions to enhance visibility and conversion rates. - Packaging: Oversee packaging processes to ensure products are delivered in excellent condition, adhering to brand standards and platform requirements. - Vendor and Artist Communication: Manage relationships with vendors and artists, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and quality control.Qualifications -- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Previous experience in an e-commerce or retail environment is a bonus. - Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.About the company -Rooftop is India’s emerging app curating on-demand & curated live art experiences.
